Splitting lists

This is a time for delegation. I see the “list” being spilt and assignments being handed out both in the natural and the supernatural.  Father trusts you and give you assignments to carry out after you have been prepared- He helps but does not micro-manage.  As you split your list in partnership with others, release to them that which has been delegated and do not micro-manage.  Trust the ability and desire to perform in the heart of others.  Watch as they do what you could not have done.  Watch as they do things differently than you would have.  Sharpen one another in love and meekness.  Grow together without seems.
